People-Centered Design

Our People-Centered Design team uses a methodology that integrates applied behavioral science, human-centered design, and process improvement to assist educational institutions and government agencies in identifying areas where people are not completing intended actions or next steps, or where there is potential to better address the needs of low-income communities. We then work together to develop and test specific interventions and redesigned processes that eliminate key obstacles for people.
