In my role as a Senior Research Analyst, I have co-authored multiple exploratory studies on labor market gaps and opportunities. I’ve also worked on more focused analysis to support workforce development initiatives. Most of these studies rely on a combination of comprehensive quantitative data analysis, focus groups or surveys, and present findings as well as actionable recommendations through an equity lens.
